The UP2700 was a motherboard that API NetWorks announced in August 2000 for release in Q1 2001, alongside the UP1500 and UP1700. 1) Of the three, only the UP1500 was released, and Samsung sold it directly rather than through API NetWorks (see UP1500); the UP2700 was never built. 2)
The UP2700 was to use the Caspian chipset and dual Slot B EV68 processors exceeding 1 GHz. API also planned support for up to 8 GiB of 200 MHz DDR SDRAM, onboard SCSI, dual Ethernet, and 66 MHz 64-bit PCI. 3)
