I don't have the book here (I'm at home, the book is at the office), but if
I think I saw a comment somewhere in the beginning that the book was
included somewhere among the CD:s. I´'ve got a lot of bilingual
documentation installed, but I can't find the book. Anyway I didn't install
more than the default system, so possibly I skipped it, or it is separate
from the installable packages.
