Hi!
I am running an alpha 1000 4x266 with a DAC 960 Controller! It was
working fine with my NT4 installation.
Now wanted to switch to Linux (SuSE 6.1 for AXP) and have the
following problem.
After i had installed the new firmware (5.4) for the alpha i managed to
start
the YaST program from SuSE linux. unfortunately i can´t continue the
installation, because my hdds (or the better the controller) are not
found.
The CD is working fine (Onboard-Controller)
is there any possibilty to use this system with linux?
any help is appreciated!
thanx
Werner
