Running 2.3.51-2 + this patch on lx164 and sx164:

pci: cia revision 1 (pyxis)
pci: passed tb register update test
pci: passed sg loopback i/o read test
pci: passed tbia test
pci: passed pte write cache snoop test
...
Both are OK so far.

PS. Could you add
EXPORT_SYMBOL(pci_dma_supported)
to alpha_ksyms.c (called from pci-soundcard drivers
usually built as modules)
